Welcome to Formi. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) outline how we operate and what you can expect when shopping with us.
By using our website or purchasing a Formi product (“Product”), you agree to these Terms and to all applicable laws.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights or remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Formi Products are thoughtfully designed for adults to support comfort during breast and bottle feeding, and should only be used as intended. They are not medical devices and are not suitable for use by children. Formi Products are not intended for use by children under the age of 3.
Formi Products are not designed to be stood on, and the footstool should never be used as a step stool.
Please always follow the safety, care and usage instructions provided with your Product and available on our website. Keep all Products away from open flames, heaters and other heat sources.
By placing an order with Formi, you agree to use our Products only for their intended purpose. If Products are used in any other way, you accept full responsibility for any loss or damage that may result from such use.
When you place an order on our website, you’re making an offer to purchase the selected Product(s) under these Terms.
Your order is confirmed once payment has been received and you receive an order confirmation email from us.
While we always do our best to fulfil every order, Formi reserves the right to accept or decline orders for reasons such as Product availability or suspected fraudulent activity.
All prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) where applicable.
For international orders, your total will be automatically converted to the currency of the shipping destination at checkout. International customers are responsible for any currency conversion charges or bank fees applied by their financial institution.
Payment is required in full at checkout using the secure payment options provided.
Formi may update prices from time to time, but confirmed orders won’t be affected by future changes.
We offer a range of delivery options within Australia and to selected international destinations.
Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and are intended as a guide only, as delays can occasionally occur due to courier schedules, weather or other unforeseen events.

We make every effort to ensure Product descriptions, images and details are accurate and up to date. As many of our items are crafted with care, minor variations in colour or finish may occur.
If a Product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we’ll contact you promptly to arrange an alternative or a full refund.
Formi Products are covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.
This warranty operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and does not limit or exclude any consumer guarantees.

All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, logos, designs and trademarks — is the property of Formi Group Pty Ltd or its licensors and is protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws.
The Formi Footstool is a design-protected product, registered in Australia and key international markets. The Formi wordmark and associated logos are registered trademarks of Formi Group Pty Ltd in Australia and key international markets.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or otherwise use any of our designs, trademarks or content without prior written permission from Formi.
Formi Gift Cards are valid for three years from the date of purchase and can be redeemed at shopformi.com. Promotional codes cannot be applied to the purchase of a Gift Card.
Gift Cards cannot be replaced if lost or stolen, including where an incorrect email address was provided by the purchaser. They are not legal tender, account cards, credit or debit cards, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
No change is given, but any remaining balance can be used for future purchases.
If you return an item purchased with a Gift Card, a replacement Gift Card will be issued with the value of the returned amount.
Sale items are available while stocks last and apply to selected products only. Sale pricing cannot be combined with any other offer, and prices are as marked.
Promotional pricing cannot be applied to purchases made after the promotional period ends and cannot be redeemed against prior purchases or pre-orders.
Please choose carefully, as sale items cannot be returned for refund, exchange or store credit, unless faulty. For faulty sale items, we will offer an exchange or refund in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
To the extent permitted by law, Formi will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the website or purchase of Products.
Our liability for any breach of these Terms or for any Product supplied is limited to the replacement or cost of replacing the Product, or the repair or cost of repairing the Product, as determined under the Australian Consumer Law.
We kindly ask that you use our website responsibly and lawfully.
You must not attempt to interfere with its operation or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Formi may restrict access, suspend accounts or cancel orders if misuse is detected.
Your privacy is important to us. We collect and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By using our website, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in that policy.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the website at any time without notice if you breach these Terms or engage in unlawful behaviour. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to that date.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
1. Promoter
The promoter is Formi Group Pty Ltd (ABN 87 658 645 268).
2. Eligibility
Entry is open to individuals aged 18 years and over. Employees of Formi, contractors or immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
3. How to Enter
To enter, participants must submit their first name and email address via the Formi website during the promotional period. Only one entry per person is permitted.
4. Promotional Period
The giveaway opens at 9 am AEST on 5 December 2025 and closes at 11:59 pm AEST on 5 March 2026.
5. Prize
There are four (4) Formi gift vouchers, each valued at $250 AUD. Vouchers are valid for three (3) years from the date of issue and can be redeemed on the Formi website. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
6. Winner Selection
Winners will be drawn at random using a computer-generated selection tool at 10 am AEST on 6 March 2026 at Sydney, NSW.
7. Winner Notification
Winners will be notified via the email address supplied within 2 business days of the draw. If a winner does not respond within 7 days, Formi reserves the right to conduct a redraw.
8. Privacy
By entering, participants agree that Formi may use their first name and email address for the purpose of administering the giveaway and for marketing communications. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Formi Privacy Policy.
9. General
Formi reserves the right to cancel or amend the giveaway if unforeseen circumstances arise. Participation in the giveaway indicates acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
