This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship and deliver every Formi order. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
We aim to make delivery as quick and easy as possible.
Orders received before 12 pm AEST, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays and promotion periods), are dispatched the same day from our Sydney warehouse.
Orders placed after 12 pm, on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You’ll receive an email confirmation and tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
During peak or promotion periods, dispatch may take an extra business day or two — but we’ll always do our best to get your order moving quickly.
Sydney Metro Same-Day Courier
If you’re located within the Sydney Metropolitan area, you may be eligible for same-day delivery when you order before 11 am AEST.
Eligibility is determined automatically at checkout based on your postcode, with delivery pricing calculated by location.
Orders placed after 11 am are delivered the following business day (excluding public holidays).

Orders placed over weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be edited, added to, or cancelled, as we begin preparing it for dispatch straight away.
If your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate or arrange a suitable remedy in line with the Australian Consumer Law.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.
Any free or discounted-shipping promotions will be clearly displayed at checkout.
Please double-check your delivery address before placing your order. We’re unable to replace or refund items shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
We recommend having your parcel signed for upon delivery for extra peace of mind.

Please note: if you choose Authority to Leave, Formi cannot be responsible for loss, theft or damage once the parcel has been delivered.
We don’t deliver to PO Boxes, parcel lockers or post restante addresses, as our couriers require a physical delivery address.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the order has been delivered to your nominated address.
We’re happy to share Formi with the world and ship internationally to selected regions.
Delivery timeframes depend on destination and local customs processes.
Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees applied by their country. These charges are not included in product or shipping prices.
We’ll always do our best to get your order to you on time. While we always aim to deliver on schedule, delays may occur due to:
Shipping times are guidelines and subject to change. You may experience slightly longer delivery times during peak periods, due to wild weather or other events beyond Formi’s reasonable control.
We do not accept liability for delays outside our control but will assist wherever possible to help locate your order.
Please ensure someone is available to receive your order at the nominated address.
If the courier is unable to deliver, a redelivery fee may apply.
Inspect your parcel upon delivery. If packaging appears damaged, please take photos and contact us immediately before opening the parcel.
All items are shipped in protective packaging to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Please keep the original packaging if you need to arrange a return, exchange or courier investigation — it may be required to process your claim.
If your order arrives damaged, or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at hello@shopformi.com within 7 days of delivery (or the expected delivery date).
Include your order number and photos if possible — this helps us work faster with our courier partners to investigate and resolve the issue.
